Click&#xA0;Edit Options&#xA0;underneath your product 3. Click&#xA0;Swap for a different product&#xA0;at the top of the page 4. Make your selection and pick your delivery frequency 5. Click Confirm Swap&#xA0;to confirm the changes</div>Can I skip or reschedule my subscription?1. When you&apos;re logged in to the customer portal, click&#xA0;Manage Subscription 2. Click on&#xA0;View and Manage Order&#xA0;and then More Actions&#xA0;to find the reschedule or skip options.&#xA0; 3. How to apply discount codes, minimum spend requirements, and making the most of your loyalty points.

Can I add a discount code to a subscription order?To apply a loyalty reward to an existing subscription, your discount must be added at least 3 business days&#xA0;before your order is processed.&#xA0;Your order will also need to meet the minimum spend requirement for the reward.&#xA0; <div data-block="true" data-editor="fgl5" data-offset-key="43ksl-0-0">Apply a 4eward to your subscription</div><div data-block="true" data-editor="fgl5" data-offset-key="7jk7s-0-0">To get started, you&#x2019;ll first need to redeem your points to create a discount code.&#xA0;1. Log into your VG Insiders account &#x202F;&#xA0;2. Head&#x202F;to the&#x202F;Manage Subscription&#x202F;in the Customer Portal&#x202F;&#xA0;3. Click View and manage order4. Under your active product, enter your code in the Add a Discount Code field&#x202F;&#xA0;5. If your subscription order hasn&#x2019;t reached the minimum spend for your reward, you can add a product via the You Might Also Like section at the bottom of the page to qualify your order.&#xA0;Please note:&#x202F;You will have the option to select&#x202F;the product as a one time purchase for the full price&#x202F;or you can add it to your subscription with savings.&#xA0;</div><div data-block="true" data-editor="fgl5" data-offset-key="281gp-0-0">Minimum spend requirementsThere is a minimum spend required to redeem your discount. When you&apos;re logged in to the customer portal, click&#xA0;Manage Subscription 2. Click&#xA0;Edit option underneath the product that you&apos;re looking to cancel 3. Scroll down and click&#xA0;Cancel Subscription&#xA0;at the bottom of the page 4. You have a chance to share your feedback and click&#xA0;Next at the bottom of the page 5. Click Confirm Cancellation. You will receive an email to confirm this action.</div><div>Note: This must be completed for each item if you have various subscriptions.</div></div>

Starting a subscription is simple. When selecting Subscribe &amp; Save on a product page or at checkout, you&#x2019;ll be asked to choose your preferred delivery frequency (every 14, 30, 60 or 90 days). You&#x2019;ll also receive up to 20% off, along with a complimentary gift on your first order.Once your subscription is active, it will automatically renew based on your selected schedule.To give you time to make any changes, we send an Upcoming Order email three days before your next order is processed. This is your reminder to review your subscription and make any updates if needed.If you&#x2019;d like to reschedule, skip, swap or cancel your subscription, we require at least three business days before your next processing date.If you happen to miss this window, our team will always do their best to help.
