How do I apply the 20% discount to my subscription?
- Log into your VG Insiders account
- Head to Manage Subscription in the customer portal
- Click View and Manage Order
- Enter the code SW20 in the Add a Discount Code field
Just make sure to add the code at least 3 business days before your order processes.
Who is eligible for the 20% discount?
Both existing subscribers and new customers can access 20% off during the promotional period. (12:00am Wednesday 29th April to 11:59pm Sunday 10th May (AEST)

Will the discount apply automatically?
No. Existing subscriptions won’t update automatically. You’ll need to enter the code manually in the customer portal to receive the 20% off.
Does the 20% discount apply to every order?
No. The 20% discount applies to your next scheduled subscription order only.
What happens after my discounted order?
Your subscription will return to its usual pricing, which ranges between 15–20% off depending on your products.
Can I use this offer with other discounts or loyalty points?
No. This offer can’t be combined with other promotions, including VG Insiders loyalty points.
What if I miss the 3-day window?
If the code isn’t applied in time, your order will process at your usual subscription price. If you've missed the window but your order hasn't processed yet, we encourage you to reach out to [email protected] and the team will be happy to assist. You can still use the code on your following order, provided the promotion is still active.
