How do I redeem my loyalty points?Updated 8 months ago

When you reach the online checkout, make sure you are logged into your VG Insiders account. If you have enough points to redeem on your purchase, you’ll be given the option to redeem your points on your order. 

You can start redeeming your points once you have reached 100 points. There is a minimum spend required to redeem your discount. 

If you’re logged in and still not seeing the points drop down at the checkout, make sure you have ‘cookies’ enabled in your browser settings. If these are not enabled, unfortunately your purchases aren’t trackable and therefore your points can’t be allocated to your order. 

Express Checkout options like Shop Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay skip over your VG Insider points. Meaning, if you’ve opted for an express checkout option and aren’t seeing your points, simply click the link that directs you to “checkout as guest.” This should redirect you back to the Vida Glow checkout where you’ll find your points ready to redeem.
