Can I add a discount code to a subscription order?
You can add accumulated loyalty points to existing subscriptions. All other discounts are not eligible for use on subscription orders.
The discount must be applied 3 business days in advance of the order being processed. The subscription also needs to meet the minimum spend requirements for redemption.
Apply a reward to your subscription
1. Log into your VG Insiders account
2. Head to the Manage Subscription in the Customer Portal
3. Click View and manage order
4. Under your active product, paste your code into the Add a Discount Code field
5. If your subscription order hasn’t reached the minimum spend, you can add a product via the You Might Also Like section at the bottom of the page to qualify.
Please note that you'll have the option to select the product as a one time purchase for the full price or you can add it to your subscription with savings.
