How do I sign up for a subscription?

To create a subscription::

1. Go to Vida Glow's website and click 'Shop' in the top-left navigation panel.

2. Hover over 'By Product' and click you through to your desired product and flavour.

3. Above the 'Add to Bag' button, select 'Subscribe & Save'.

4. Select your delivery frequency and quantity, and click 'Add to Bag'.

Can I pause my subscription?

Of course, the beauty of a subscription is that it is fully self managed. You can edit or skip your subscription through the customer portal at any time. You can select your next order date or swap your product subscription, quantity and delivery schedule, and edit payment and shipping details.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can edit or skip your subscription through the customer portal at any time. You can select to manage your next order by selecting 'manage subscriptions' on your account dashboard. 

Any cancellations must be processed at least 3 days in advance of the subscription due date.

Can I add a discount code to a subscription order?

You sure can! To add a discount code to your existing subscriptions, the discount must be applied 5 business days in advance of the order being processed.


Step 1

Navigate to your subscription dashboard, which can be found in your account under 'manage subscriptions'

Click your active subscription (the subscription you want to apply the discount to).

Navigate to the bottom of the page, select 'add discount' and add your copied code.

Step 2

You will see the discount applied to your next subscription order.

Please be aware you can only apply one discount code to one order at a time.
