I signed up for Birthday points but haven't received them, why?Updated 8 months ago

To access your birthday reward, add your birth date to your loyalty account by logging in. On your birthday we will send you an email with your special reward (please check your junk and spam folders for this email). 

If your birthday has been added to your account less than 30 days prior to your special day - you can expect to receive your voucher + points, 30 days after signing up.
