Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. After this time, any unused points will expire and won’t be available to redeem.

Each points balance is tracked individually, so expiry dates will vary depending on when they were added to your account. You can view your current balance and activity in your Reward History by heading to the Loyalty page once you're logged in to your VG account.

Once points are redeemed into a reward, that reward will remain available until you’re ready to use it as it does not expire.
