Can I redeem loyalty points on subscription orders?Updated 8 months ago

Yes!

To use loyalty points on your existing subscriptions, the discount must be applied 5 business days in advance of the order being processed.

Step 1.

• Navigate to our Subscribe & Save page and choose the number of points you would like to redeem to generate a unique code – copy this code. Please note, once you have selected "redeem" and copied the code, your points cannot be reapplied to your account.

Step 2.

• Navigate to your subscription dashboard, which can be found in your account under 'manage subscriptions'

Select your upcoming order, navigate to the bottom of the page, select 'add discount' and add your code.

Step 3.

• You will see the discount applied to your next subscription order
• Please be aware you can only apply one discount code to one order at a time

Your discount will now be applied automatically to your upcoming subscription order!
