To receive your birthday reward, log in to your customer portal and head to the Loyalty tab. From there, locate the birthday tile and add your date of birth to your account.

When your birthday arrives, we’ll send your reward via email—be sure to check your junk or spam folder just in case.

If you add your birthday less than 30 days before your special day, your voucher and points will be issued 30 days after updating your details.
